This course teaches advanced laughter as yoga skills. It takes your own skills to their next level, whatever your own particular laughter yoga / laughter facilitator / laughter therapist / laughter workshop leader / clowning / improv style.

At the end of this course your own sessions will have even greater impact, and you yourself will have experienced how to access your own intuition, spontaneity and group skills even more easily and effectively.

You'll learn

  • how to create an endless stream of exercises using body and/or props and/or colour

  • how to create an endless stream of exercises, by feeling & experiencing

  • how to get ideas from the group you're with, and make exercises from them

  • how to develop and use spontaneous and impactful ideas tailored to the group you're with

  • how to tap into group expertise so people are even more engaged, and to make your sessions even more rewarding for participants

  • how you can develop exercises from anything at all

  • how you can use these as a theme for sessions as short as 15 minutes and as long as a week

  • how you can use these to help people make breakthroughs in their life, in a safe, grounded way.

'The word Yoga arises from the Sanskrit root Yuj which means to get hold of, integrate and harmonise. It means getting hold of our lives, integrating all aspects of life and harmonising our bodies with our minds, spirits and society. As the concept of Laughter Yoga evolved, Dr. Kataria found a deep connection between the basic fundamentals of yoga and what one did in laughter clubs. He incorporated deep breathing exercises from yoga in between laughter exercises, which helps to increase the net supply of oxygen to the body and brain.'
