Advanced Reformer Pilates Course
Overview
Get ready to elevate your practice, energize your body, and master the reformer like never before! This 4-week advanced course is designed for experienced reformer lovers who want deeper strength, enhanced control, and next-level movement mastery. Expect a dynamic, empowering, and fun atmosphere as Gabi, our resident reformer pilates instructor helps you to build intensity week by week.
Week 1: Building Strength Through Intermediate Classical Repertoire
Participants begin by learning and refining more challenging intermediate classical Pilates exercises, focusing on deepening understanding of traditional Pilates principles, including concentration, control, centring, precision, breath and flow. This week reinforces proper technique, alignment and body awareness to create a strong foundation for the advanced work ahead.
Week 2: Introducing Advanced Sequencing
This week transitions into advanced level repertoire, introduced through carefully structured sequencing. Movements are explored in a progressive manner, emphasising safe progression, improved coordination and the ability to link exercises with greater control and endurance.
Week 3:Full Advanced Repertoire and Movement Flow Education
Participants move through a complete advanced classical Pilates class, exploring the understanding behind each exercise. Emphasis is placed on the flow, transitions and momentum control of advanced work. Students refine their execution and develop smoother, more connected movement patterns.
Week 4: Dynamic, Flowing and Challenging Advanced Class
The final week presents a fully integrated, high level advanced classical Pilates session. The class flows continuously, blending strength, precision and rhythm. All key Pilates principles are emphasised as participants perform the repertoire with enhanced mastery, endurance and confidence, bringing together all skills developed throughout the programme.
