In this worksop you will work on advanced tricks as well as learning to spot each other so that you can continue to learn them independently. You will learn dynamic tricks, rotating tricks, balances, hangs, conditioning exercices and beats. The workshop will also include creative and instinctive exercices to find your own style on the trapeze and to create successions of moves as well as your own moves.
As this is an advanced trapeze workshop, the focus will be on learning technics that will allow you to work on your own with your colleagues, without a coach, safely. This means learning how to spot each other safely, how to feedback and support each other. This also means being able to make a training session plan, a routine that you stick to and are able to amend as you go.
The workshop will be physically intensive, fun and very collaborative. It is aimed at those with previous aerial experience and competence on static trapeze.
