Over the past decade, X-ray tomography has made significant progress with respect to spatial, temporal resolution and imaging modality. Yet much remains to be done to choose or combine different imaging modalities (absorption, diffraction, phase contrast) with high spatial resolution and under extreme environments.

The aim of the workshop, organised by the DMC (Diamond Manchester Collaboration) and the CCPi (Collaborative Computational Project in Tomographic Imaging), is to bring scientists from different fields to discuss current developments and applications of a variety of X-ray imaging techniques, and to build international collaborations.

Presentations will illustrate current achievements and future developments in techniques such as computed laminography, refraction tomography, in-line phase contrast tomography and X-ray colour imaging. Special attention will also be given to 4D imaging and quantification of a variety of dynamic processes.

The event will be hosted in the G59 Lecture Theatre of Diamond House at the Diamond Light Source.

Tickets are limited and entrance is through registration only.
