Join us at JLL London Warwick Street (Soho) for expert presentations, a panel discussion and networking with drinks and nibbles provided, courtesy of CIBSE and JLL. This event will also be broadcasted online.

The event will be welcomed by Katie Clemence-Jackson, chair of the CIBSE Sustainability Group and CEO of the UK Net Zero Carbon Buildings Standard, and chaired by Joe Jack Williams, Chair of CIBSE Sustainability Group's Embodied Carbon Sub-panel and Head of Regenerative Strategy at Bywater Properties.

The evening's expert presenters and panellists will be:

2. Suzanne Webster, Principal Sustainability Consultant at Turner & Townsend

3. Stuart Cochrane, Workplace Sustainability & IMS Leader at JLL

4. Conrad Stone, Building Services Associate Director at Cundall

5. Tom Bunn, Sustainability Building Physics Associate at Elliot Wood

Issues to discuss include:

– Logistical challenges for re-using MEP equipment and systems

– How can designers and contractors maximise circularity

– How can we develop metrics for measuring circularity

– What should take priority in design when there is a conflict between embodied carbon and circularity?
