A highly respected Youth Worker, Coach, Mentor, and Mentor Trainer, Natalie brings a wealth of experience in behavior support, mediation, family assistance, and empowerment. She is also a skilled Workshop Facilitator, known for her ability to inspire and guide individuals toward personal and professional growth.

Her impact within educational settings has been profound, spearheading intensive intervention programs such as Leading Ladies and Boys to Men. These initiatives, praised by OFSTED, have transformed the lives of at-risk students, equipping them with leadership skills and enabling them to take on influential roles such as Prefects.

With a background in Human Resources, Natalie previously served as Head of People & Culture at a London-based charitable organisation. Beyond her professional expertise, she is a dynamic motivational speaker and passionate photographer, dedicated to empowering individuals to reach their full potential. Her inspiring quotes resonate with audiences of all ages, offering motivation and encouragement.

As the author of the eBook It Hurt But It Made Me and the host of the Rise Up podcast, Natalie seeks to inspire others on their journey to personal growth and excellence. In addition to her work in personal development, she is a skilled website designer and logo creator, crafting visually compelling and uniquely tailored designs that reflect her clients' distinct identities.

With an impressive 30-year career as a Youth Worker, Natalie is widely recognized for her integrity, inspiration, and unwavering dedication. Her work has profoundly impacted the lives of countless young individuals, guiding them toward personal growth and transformation.
