Shepherd's Hut = £395 per person based on 2 sharing, or £525 for sole occupancy

Glamping Tent = £355 per person based on 2 sharing, or £455 for sole occupancy

Tipi = £265 per person based on 2 sharing, or £325 for sole occupancy - tipis do not include made up beds, to add a bed add £20 per night to the cost.

ITINERARY

DAY 1

Arrival & Check-In - Start your weekend with a warm welcome. Check in during the afternoon, settle into your chosen accommodation, and take a moment to unwind and soak in the beautiful surroundings. Get ready to ease into a weekend of relaxation, adventure, and connection.Evening Meal & Fire Pit: Kick off the weekend with a delicious group meal, connecting with fellow guests around the fire pit under festoon lighting and the starry sky.

Evening Yoga Session: Unwind with a relaxing yoga session that introduces the principles of yoga exploring different, gentle styles, perfect for the evening. Designed to help you release tension and prepare your mind and body for restful relaxation

Accommodation & Evening Relaxation: Return to your chosen accommodation to wind down for the night. If staying in a Shepherd Hut, your pre-warmed hot tub will be ready for you to enjoy, perhaps with a glass of wine under the stars.

DAY 2:

Morning Wellness: Start your day with a hearty breakfast to fuel up for the adventure ahead.

Gorge Walking Adventure: Head out for an exhilarating morning of gorge walking, an activity that combines scrambling, climbing, and jumping into crystal-clear waters as you make your way up a scenic local gorge. Equipped with wetsuits and led by experienced guides, you’ll navigate through breathtaking landscapes featuring a stunning waterfall and a natural pool perfect for swimming. It’s a thrilling and unforgettable experience designed for all levels of ability.

Free Time: After the gorge walking activity, a delightful picnic with locally sourced treats will be provided for you to enjoy. Where you choose to savour it is your choice. Following the activity, you’ll have a few hours to yourself in the afternoon to unwind, explore, or simply relax and take time for yourself amidst the serene beauty of your surroundings

Evening Meal & Fire Pit: In the evening, gather around the fire pit for a cosy and inviting barbecue. Savour delicious, freshly prepared food and enjoy the warm glow of the fire as the sun sets, creating the perfect atmosphere for relaxation.

Evening Yoga & Sound Bath: End the day with a yoga session and sound bath designed to stretch out and relax your body after a day of adventure. Unwind as you reflect on the experiences of the day, and let the soothing sounds of the crystal bowls guide you to a state of complete tranquility and balance. This is the perfect way to reset your mind and body before heading to bed (or your hot tub), ready for the next day

DAY 3:

Morning Yoga: Start your final morning with a revitalising yoga session designed to leave you feeling refreshed, grounded, and ready to take on the week ahead.

Enjoy your breakfast in your own time as you reflect on a weekend of adventure and serenity. Check out at lunchtime, taking with you memories of an exciting and rejuvenating escape

A £50 deposit is required to secure your place. After you've paid your deposit, complete the boking form, letting us know what accommodation type you require and we'll send an invoice for the remaining balance, that will be due 6 weeks prior your departure date.All travellers must complete our booking form, and confirm you have read and understood the booking conditions.

Who is this retreat suitable for?

This weekend is perfect for adults of all ages and abilities, whether you’re completely new to wellness retreats or a seasoned adventurer. The activities are beginner-friendly, and everything is optional — you can join in as much or as little as you like.

Do I need to be fit or experienced for gorge walking and yoga?

Not at all! Gorge walking is led by qualified guides who adapt the route to suit the group’s ability, and all safety equipment is provided. Yoga sessions are gentle and beginner-friendly, with modifications for different levels of flexibility and mobility.

What should I bring?

*Comfortable, warm clothing for yoga +relaxation (we're outdoors a lot - the stretch tent provides cover but it is still open to the elements!) *Swimwear, towel, and suitable footwear for gorge walking (trainers or sturdy water shoes) *Waterproof jacket *Toiletries + personal items

Can I come alone?

Absolutely! Many guests attend solo. You can book sole occupancy, or we can pair you with another solo traveller in a shared accommodation if available.

Is there parking on site?

Yes, there is free parking available at Erw Glas for all guests.

Is there public transport?

There is a station a short drive away, if you arrive by train we can collect you from the station.

Can dietary requirements be catered for?

Yes — we can cater for most dietary needs (including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free). Please let us know on your booking form so we can prepare accordingly.

When should I arrive and leave?

Check-in is from 3pm on Friday 4 September 2026. Check-out is by 12pm on Sunday 6 September 2026.

Can I add extra nights?

You can add extra nights - and extra nights will be available at discounted rates - enquire for more info!

How do I book?

Pay your £50 deposit to secure your space, then complete the booking form with your accommodation choice. The balance is due 6 weeks before your retreat date.

What’s your cancellation policy?

https://wellnessandwalking.com/booking-conditions. Deposits are non-refundable but you can transfer your booking to someone else. If you cancel within more than 30 days the cancellation fee is 60% of the holiday cost, or if within 30 days it's 100% cancellation fee.

Is there phone signal and Wi-Fi?

Mobile reception is generally very good, but it can vary depending on your network. Wi-Fi is not available - we encourage you to unplug and enjoy the natural surroundings.

Will the retreat still go ahead if it rains?

Yes - most activities can run in light rain, and gorge walking is even more fun when you’re getting wet anyway! In the event of extreme weather, alternative activities will be arranged.
