Description

This hour and 30 minutes Pilates Workshop will focus on the key principles of Pilates. From core strength, relaxation, concentration, co-ordination, alignment, breathing, we will work our way through these with flowing movements. Whether you are new to the practice, or have practiced before and would like to focus on certain aspects further, this workshop is for you. I strongly believe that Pilates is for anyone and has someting to offer for everyone; all ages, genders and abilities!

This workshop aims to give you an awareness not only of your body, but also your mind; and ultimately to create overall wellbeing leaving you refreshed and ready to take on the day ahead. My style is dynamic, and I will provide attention, and feedback to each individual to ensure that you get the best out of the workshop. We will be practicing at the beautiful studio at the Tramshed in Cardiff, a perfect location to focus the mind, and move the body without judgment.

A few details to note:

* Please arrive 10 minutes before the workshop to get settled in.

* I have teamed up with some exciting, independent and healthy brands to provide you with some refreshments after the session.
