Advice Essentials 2 (by Citizens Advice North Somerset)

Participants will explore four key advice areas—Debt, Housing, Welfare Benefits, and Immigration—learning how to find relevant information, recognise when specialist support is needed, and respond to urgent advice situations. The course will also highlight useful external support networks and emerging policy changes that may impact clients. ​

By the end of this course, attendees will feel confident in guiding clients to the right support while working within their professional boundaries. ​
