Digwyddiad rhanbarthol: Y Cod Anghenion Dysgu Ychwanegol (ADY) drafft

Ar 10 Rhagfyr 2018 lansiodd y Gweinidog Addysg ymgynghoriad drafft ynghylch y Cod Anghenion Dysgu Ychwanegol (“y Cod”) a'r is-ddeddfwriaeth arfaethedig o dan Ddeddf Anghenion Dysgu Ychwanegol a’r Tribiwnlys Addysg (Cymru) 2018 (“y Ddeddf”).

Diben y digwyddiadau ymgynghori hyn yw cysylltu’n uniongyrchol â phawb sydd â buddiant yn y ffordd y caiff y system ADY newydd ei rhoi ar waith, a sicrhau bod hawliau a dyletswyddau’r partneriaid cyflenwi wedi’u deall yn glir.

Yn y digwyddiad cewch gyfle i rannu’ch barn ar gynnwys y Cod drafft a'r rheoliadau arfaethedig. Bydd pob sylw a barn a ddaw i law yn cael ei ystyried gan Lywodraeth Cymru a’i ddefnyddio i helpu i fireinio a siapio’r Cod a’r rheoliadau terfynol.

Regional event: the draft Additional Learning Needs (ALN) Code

On 10 December 2018 the Minister for Education launched a public consultation on the draft Additional Learning Needs Code (“the Code”) and proposed subordinate legislation under the Additional Learning Needs and Education Tribunal (Wales) Act 2018 (“the Act”).

The purpose of these consultation events is to directly engage with all those with an interest in the delivery of the new ALN system and to ensure that the rights and duties of delivery partners are clearly understood.

At the event you will get to share your views on the content of the draft Code and proposed regulations. All views and comments received will be considered by the Welsh Government and used to help refine and shape the final Code and regulations.
