We’ve been working to improve access to emergency services for Deaf residents in Newham. Following recent changes, Sign Live will now be available 24/7, replacing Language Line’s limited 9am–5pm service.
This focus group is your chance to connect with other Deaf and Hard of Hearing residents, hear about these updates, and share your feedback on the newly updated service. Holly, our Deaf Community Outreach Worker, will be there to guide discussions and hear directly from residents about what’s working and what could be improved.
