I am a beginner. Can I join you?

Absolutely!! Classes are open to all levels! Almost anyone can practise aerial yoga. But a few ailments will prevent somebody from attending aerial yoga. The class will also include techniques such as aerial inverts to allow safe and controlled spinal decompression.

Do you also offer private classes?

Yes, we offer private classes too. Check our web www.hackneyaerialyoga.co.uk for more details.

Are your classes women only classes?

Our classes are for women and men.
