This class is suitable for all levels, whether you're new to yoga or an experienced practitioner. Our skilled instructors will provide modifications to tailor the practice to your individual needs.

Almost anyone can practise aerial yoga. But a few ailments will prevent somebody from attending aerial yoga.


The class will also include techniques such as aerial inverts to allow safe and controlled spinal decompression.


Aerial inverts are not safe for everyone. This activity is unsuitable for pregnant women and those who have recently undergone surgery. Please consult your physician before booking this class.


Avoid aerial inverts if you have:


High blood pressure

Heart condition

Back or leg fracture

Osteoporosis

Hernia

Vertigo

Bone weakness

Recent head injury

Cerebral sclerosis

Propensity for fainting

Artificial hips

Our teacher has trained in aerial yoga skills, modern dance and pole dance. Her aerial yoga classes are like no other in London, unique as she sets up her style based on the knowledge she gained in those disciplines and as a more than 14 years yogi.
