‘Your water, your say’ is a chance to ask questions about planned investment for 2025 to 2030. You can ask questions on any topics you wish including:

Customer service priorities
Long-term outcomes and how the five-year plan delivers the first part of the long-term delivery strategy questions
Environmental outcomes
Affordability
Issues not covered already

Members from our Executive team will be on hand to share what's in our business plan, what we have heard regarding our customers' priorities and how the plan addresses these; key issues raised at the first webinar meeting, and how we have responded; high level results of our acceptability and affordability testing; and potential average bill changes.

You’re welcome to put your questions to our panel of experts during the live session. In case you’re unable to attend the event or, if you’d prefer, CCW will raise your questions sent in advance.

You can submit your questions prior to the meeting to yourwateryoursay@ccwater.org.uk, stating clearly that your question is for Affinity Water, and whether you’re unable to attend or you’re attending but would prefer CCW to ask your question on your behalf.

This event is open to everyone and free of charge but must be booked in advance. Once you’ve registered, we will send further instructions closer to the event date and some pre-reading about our plan. Registration closes on 17th October (12pm).

We recognise not everyone will have access to IT facilities to join us online; we therefore welcome multiple people to join from the same device and are sincerely grateful to those who do have internet access and are able to share their time and space with others. We also encourage our community groups and organisations to reach out to those who may not have access to IT and raise questions on their behalf.
