Her debut collection, Your Turn to Speak!, was released with Blue Diode Press in 2023, and her second collection, My Dearest Friend (我最亲爱的伙伴) was released with VERVE Poetry Press in 2025. She is currently the social media manager at Gutter Magazine.

Lucille Mona Ling is a writer and artist from Berlin, currently based in Glasgow. A graduate of Philosophy and History of Art at the University of Glasgow, she is completing her MLitt in Art Writing at the Glasgow School of Art. She is the co-founder and poetry editor of Contralytic, an interdisciplinary philosophy and arts journal.

Rho McGuire (b, 1999) is a Scottish artist, who disrupts with performance and happenings. They have an interdisciplinary approach, with a background in dance and clowning. McGuire is currently studying at The Glasgow School of Art for their MFA. They participate in their field through collaboration, care and community. McGuire’s practice is rooted in DIY, with alternative and ecological work. They hope to choreograph audiences to become participants in the world-building of a live event for collective experience, gathering and action. McGuire invites us to consider the absurdity of being alive and the necessity of being together.

PERFORMANCE & VISUALS:

ELANDA, is a multidisciplinary artist blending DJing, live performance, somatic movement practices , energy worker and sculpting. She has performed at various venues and festivals across Scotland and England. Her sets are an eclectic fusion of Afro inspired electronica , UK bass, jazz, trip hop, rock , dubstep and more.

ELANDA transitioned into live performance in late 2024 weaving music production, vocals, and stagecraft to connect with audiences on a deeper level through vulnerability and openness.

As a co-founder of the Lüuma Collective and Annies Eden, they create conscious spaces through events that celebrate different holistic healing modalities such as sound baths, voice opening sessions and somatic workshops. ELANDA’s work is centred around community, embodiment and empowering personal expression through music and movement.

Laurie O'Dowd: I am a visual artist based in Glasgow and I spend most of my time either painting or making audio-visual art. I like to work with nature a lot - sampling as an approach to mark making.

Donations: A zine with work by the readers will be available on the night, for a donation towards North Gaza: Food, Water & Other Distributions; a fundraising campaign organised by Translating Falasteen (Palestine) in collaboration with the Sameer Project, launched to support families in Gaza facing severe harships. The aid is being bought from existing products in the market and is NOT being brought through any border. A QR code and link to the campaign will be shared on the night and you can also donate directly here: https://chuffed.org/project/help-us-deliver-vital-aid-to-gaza-families-in-need.
