The AfOx insaka is a gathering for sharing ideas and knowledge about Africa-focused research with speakers from diverse disciplines.

Speakers for our next insaka are:

  1. Professor Kate O'Regan: Director of the Bonavero Institute of Human Rights, University of Oxford. 'Assessing South Africa's Constitution at 25'
  2. Professor Shadreck Chirikure: British Academy Global Professor School of Archaeology, University of Oxford. 'Why is contemporary Africa poor: insights from archaeology and deep history'

The talks will be followed by a drinks reception.
