R.E.M presents Power an Afro Funk themed workshop centred around moving into your power. With heavy inspiration taken from the Efik culture of Nigeria, this workshop will help you dive in the joy and vibrancy of that tribe whilst linking this to the Afro funk flow! Through fun and joy this workshop is designed for everyone to feel free whilst learning dedicated techniques that open your mind to a new world. This workshop is highly accessible for everyone there will be adjustments if needed. So whether this is your first or 10th you're bound to have a great time ! See you soon! :)

Is class beginner friendly

Yes class is for all levels no previous dance training needed! :)

What should I wear/bring to class?

Wear whatever you feel comfortable to move in. Bring water and face wipes if needed and of course your beautiful energy:)

How do I get to the studio?

The studio is located in Nine Elms we will be using studio 2. Nine Elms station is a 6 min walk and Vauxhall station a 15 min walk! The area serves local bus routes too if you have any further questions about getting to the studio please message me via email gemmabensalem@outlook.com
