AfroHeat x Island Signal
On Friday, 24 October, Black Meat Market joins forces with Faggamuffin to bring you AfroHeat × Island Signal: a night where African rhythms collide, Black Meat Market joins forces with Faggamuffin to bring you AfroHeat × Island Signal: with Caribbean fire in the heart of London. Taking place at Ladybird Bar, this is more than just a party; it is a celebration of heritage, music and unapologetic energy.
DJs Ken Styles and DJ Harvz will command the decks, weaving together Afrobeats, dancehall, amapiano, soca and underground house into a soundtrack that refuses to let the dancefloor rest. Every beat will carry the pulse of two continents, every drop pushing the crowd deeper into the night’s heat.
AfroHeat × Island Signal is a space of freedom, connection and release. The bar flows, the lights burn low and the energy rises as strangers turn into family under the rhythm. It’s a night to dress bold, move without restraint and embody the carnival spirit that thrives in Afro-Caribbean culture.
Doors open at 10pm, with last entry at midnight. The night runs until 2am, leaving you drenched in sweat, sound and memory. Entry is open to all over 18, but this space demands respect: consent is non-negotiable and violations will result in removal without refund.
Step into the fire, let the music take control, and be part of a night that London will not forget. AfroHeat × Island Signal is where heritage, rhythm and heat meet.
