For After Hours on Friday 6 June, we've invited Penny Jirayuwatana to create a 4-course dessert tasting menu especially for the evening.
Penny's experience includes time at Tru in Chicago, with Jean Georges Vongerichten in New York and at the Mandarin Oriental and Brown's Hotel in London. She currently cooks for contract caterer BaxterStorey.
Her food combines classic French technique with Thai flavours. Think 'poached apricot, jasmine, ginger & pistachio' and 'strawberry & thai basil'. The full After Hours menu is below.
Once again, we will be at speciality coffee roaster Ozone Coffee, Shoreditch, a brilliant space for these events.
Tickets are £25 per person, which includes a all 4-courses, Ozone coffee & petit fours. There will also be a short menu of cocktails, sparkling & sweet wine, available to purchase separately on the night.

At After Hours we champion modern and innovative dessert and working with different pastry chefs at our events, held in independent coffee shops across London. We've run events with some of the UKs most exciting pastry chefs from The Fat Duck, The Ledbury and Opera Tavern.
