After School Fitness Camps for Kids and Teens

Best4Balance offer weekly after school fitness sessions for children 5-15 years old. We also offer parties too for upto 16 children. Our fitness camps encourage children to take control of their overall fitness from an early age in order for them to be fitter for the future. Sessions are suitable for all children as they are encourage to complete activities such as boxing, skipping, hurles and tyre runs at their own level. Every session is different, but they are all designed to develop speed, endurance, agility and overall fitness levels.
