Afternoon Tea with Nour

By Nour

Overview

Join us for a delightful afternoon with warm tea, delicious cakes and delightful conversations in a beautiful setting with inspiring women

Nour’s Tea Party returns for its third year — and you’re warmly invited.

Join us for a beautifully crafted afternoon where women who believe in Nour’s mission come together to honour their journeys and celebrate the courage, resilience, and healing of fellow women survivors.

About the Event

This special gathering is all about good companionship, heartfelt connection, and the power of a community that lifts one another up. It’s a gentle pause from our everyday roles — a chance to relax, be pampered, and feel deeply appreciated.

What to Expect

  • Stories of Strength from women who have overcome challenges or are walking their healing path.
  • Launch of Nour’s Public Awareness Campaign — be the first to witness and support this important initiative.
  • Guided Healing Techniques to help you relax, centre, and reconnect.
  • Quiz Time — enjoy fun table-top quizzes with your tablemates for a chance to win hampers and special gifts.
  • Open Mic — a warm invitation to share your creativity. Read a poem, offer an uplifting message, tell a funny story — everything from heartfelt to humorous is welcome.
  • Tasty Homemade Treats — indulge in an assortment of homemade cakes, desserts, pastries, pies, and a selection of delicious teas and drinks.

Nour’s team will be present throughout the afternoon to offer a listening ear, share information about our services, and celebrate you. Every journey is unique — and every step you take is worthy of recognition.

Important Information

This is a women-only event, open to attendees aged 16 and over.

Please be aware that some shared stories may be triggering. Nour’s therapeutic staff will be available at all times to provide emotional support and grounding techniques for anyone who needs them.

It's going to be amazing again, we are sure!

Read some of the feedback from previous attendees:

"Lovely event with inspiring stories of Courage and Hope. It was a great opportunity to learn about Nour's charity work and meet their dedicated team."

"It was evident just how much effort had gone into every detail for the those who attended to feel special. It’s one of the only places I have ever won anything. I bought my family and friends with me and they too were touched by the stories they heard, got a massage which is always a bonus and left feeling really uplifted having attended. It genuinely felt safe."
