Week 3 – Letting Go of Self-Criticism: Understanding and softening the inner critic

What We'll Do Together
- Gentle writing exercises and creative activities
- Mindful reflection and group sharing (only what feels comfortable)
- Simple visual journalling and dialoguing techniques
- Mindful grounding practices
- Creating personal affirmations and reminders
Group sizes are kept intentionally small to help foster connection and emotional safety. All levels of writing experience welcome.
