Ageing Without Limits Day


Join us at Age UK West Sussex, Brighton & Hove to celebrate the power of continuous learning and personal development in later life!

Ageing Without Limits Day is a day for us all to come together and take action to end ageism - as individuals, with friends and family, in our communities and in our workplaces. This year we're focussed on a life after 50 that's full of potential, celebrating lifelong learning, growth and possibility.

Whether you're looking to upskill, meet like-minded people, or find new ways to get involved in your community, this event is for you.

We'll be joined by local partners Brighton & Hove Albion, Functional Skills, Libraries & the Job Centre who'll be showcasing opportunites for personal growth, career change, volunteering, and community engagement — all designed to inspire and empower the 50+ community. There will also be the opportunitiy for FREE mini coaching sessions to explore how you'd best like to spend your time thriving in later life.
