The Agency Struggle is Real

About this event

Running an agency is fraught with more daily challenges than successes for the vast majority of founders on their journey.

Spencer Gallagher will firstly share the story of his unlucky life and business journey.

If, right now, you feel there are more challenges than there are successes, you feel overwhelmed, and you feel like you need a little sympathy, empathy and support join us for dinner.

OR..... Even if your business is at a good stage right now, this event will help you spot and understand how to deal with the most common challenges that lie ahead as Jim Rohn famously called the good times and bad times as ‘there are winters and there are summers’. We all have winters at some points!

Spencer Gallagher and Pete Hoole will separately share their best tips with how to deal with the most common of challenges on the agency journey.

Join us and other agency owners who all either openly (or secretly) are facing similar struggles, on the 18th May.

Supported, as always, by our friends at Forecast.
