YOU'RE INVITED!
Earlier this year, Diverse & Equal and DiverseTech sent out a call for people from diverse backgrounds interested in a new career. We looked for adults with transferable skills and great behaviours -- curiosity, problem solving, collaboration. From the responses, we selected a talented cohort with experience across a range of industries, including public sector, financial services, health and wellness, education and agriculture.
What they've been learning...
Over the past few months, we have guided them through our DiverseTech Agile Immersion Bootcamp curriculum — an intense training programme, to equip them with the skills to fulfil a variety of roles on an agile product development team... User Research, Service Design, Business analysis, Delivery Management and UX Design
Our training is experiential... The immersive programme includes the application of agile methodologies and user-centred design to Government Digital Standards.
