Event description

Description

Do you want to improve mentoring, coaching and training skills? Are you struggling to influence the right people at the right level? Or wanting to work at scale across multiple teams or across the enterprise? If so, then this course from Adventures with Agile is for you.

A Scrum Master may already be a coach but might not have the important skills to go beyond the team. This course is about increasing the scope of influence that you currently have. By attending this course, you will increase your skills and knowledge that will enable you to mentor and coach other Scrum Masters, work at scale across multiple teams, influence and help managers, leaders, and other areas outside of delivery teams.

If you are wanting to move from coaching one or two teams to practicing agile / lean at scale, then this is the course for you.
