Event description

Description

The trend towards agile working has seen leading businesses rethink their workplaces to foster greater collaboration and teamwork, to reduce unnecessary property costs and eliminate underutilised space, and to enable them to work more flexibly, improving workflows and driving increased adaptability and resilience in the business. But what does this mean in practice, and how can you ensure your people come with you on the journey?

Sarah-Jane Osborne, Design and Workplace Strategy Director from Claremont will explore what agile working looks like in the real world and how businesses have used it to drive specific quantifiable improvements. In addition, she will share how Claremont has supported clients to ensure that their people fully embrace and take advantage of the new ways of working that an agile environment supports. In this informative session, we will look at:

• What does agile look like in the real world – what are the quantifiable benefits to businesses?
• What benefits does agile working bring to your people, and how can you best communicate this?
• The importance of a robust end-user on boarding and adoption programme to achieve staff buy-in
• How to measure results – why you need to conduct pre- and post-occupancy surveys
• Incentivising change – how to lift morale and drive the right behaviours
• How flexible and remote working offer more choice to your people on how, where and when they work

We hope you can join us for what promises to be a lively and informative discussion.
