1) Fred Pernet
Accredited Objectives and Key Results and Lean Agile Instructor, Independent Advisor at McKinsey
Fred will explain why sixty seven percent of strategies fail, not because they are incorrect, but because they are not executed effectively. He will introduce the Strategy Execution Maturity Three Hundred and Sixty tool, which helps leaders and teams connect strategy with delivery and achieve lasting results.
Biography:
Fred is an Accredited Objectives and Key Results and Lean Agile Instructor and an award winning independent advisor at McKinsey. He has worked across Europe and Africa in industries such as telecommunications, financial services, retail, and oil and gas, specialising in strategy, capability building, and culture change.
2) Tom Hoyland
What What Happens in There…
Tom will explore how to make new ways of working stick by returning to the principles of the Agile Manifesto. His interactive talk highlights the importance of human connections and introduces facilitation techniques and clean language to help teams improve focus, creativity, and collaboration.
Biography:
Tom is an Agility and DevOps Practitioner with more than twenty years of international experience leading Agile, DevOps, and digital transformations. He helps organisations build high performing cultures that reduce time to impact while enabling people to thrive.
