About this event

We are hosting our 2021 Annual General Meeting incorporating an author's event with local writer James Ellson.

The first part of the evening will include a reading and presentation from author James Ellson, a retired Manchester police officer turned crime writer.

This will be followed by the bookshop's first 'virtual' annual general meeting that will include an update on business in 2020, our plans for the shop, the presentation of accounts and election of new board members. Voting will be conducted via virtual polling. Our draft accounts are being finalised and will be circulate to members as soon as signed.

Can you help run the bookshop?

We are looking for people to compliment and add to the existing board members. We are in particular looking for a new Treasurer and anyone with and interest in marketing and/or communications . Board meetings are monthly and currently held by Zoom, please complete this form if you think you can help: https://forms.gle/HjFe1AhBrjpvUGLy6
