Do the managers in your organisation have the kind of conversations they need to have to produce high levels of staff engagement and performance?
Many managers are not very skilful at these kinds of conversations so they either avoid them or do them badly.
The good news is that it’s relatively easy to transform the quality of conversations in an organisation – but only if you approach it the right way.
You’ll leave this fast paced, interactive and challenging three-hour session:
- Understanding the conversations that make a difference
- Ready to give constructive feedback to even your most difficult colleague
- Knowing the specific steps you must take to create a culture of courageous conversations throughout your organisation
