Alcester Grammar School - Open Morning
Parents and prospective students, who are currently in year 6, are welcome to join us for a presentation from the Principal and to tour the school.
If you previously attended our Open Evening in June, and would like a school tour only, please book a 'tour only' ticket.
To ensure the smooth running of the event, please head to reception upon arrival and have your tickets (digital or printed) ready. The presentation will start at 8:30am prompt, with school tours to follow. We cannot guarantee that late arrivals will be permitted in to the presentation.
Please note that the number of spaces are limited, so tickets are restricted to one year 6 + one adult only. If this poses a particular challenge for you, or if you require any additional arrangements, (for example disabled access, or if you would find it beneficial to have a tour from students who are fluent in another language etc) please book your ticket online and contact us to discuss your requirements: office@alcestergs.com
Please be aware that there will be no on-site parking for this event. Attendees are advised to park within the local area, but are asked to be considerate of our neighbours.
