Using the transfer of natural energy via the practitioner to client. This enhances the body’s natural ability to heal itself through the balancing Reiki energy. Lying or sitting, you simply relax, let go and allow the healing to flow. Using natural touch, or non-touch, the therapist works with the client’s chakras and auras to ensure balance is achieved in both mind and body.
UPPER BACK/SHOULDER MASSAGE
Working on upper back, shoulders, neck, arms, head and face and applying massage techniques to the routine this massage is excellent for reducing stress, headaches, depression, sinuses and physical tension in the upper body. (using oil or cream) although can be done dry through light clothing
FOOT MASSAGE
Standing on your feet a lot? Tired feet? This one is for you, working on points on the feet which reflect the body parts and using pressure to find and remove crystals which are a build up of toxins in the body, you will feet light on your feet after this one.
HAND MASSSAGE
The hands (also ears) represent each part of your body so by working each finger, palm, wrist etc this massage helps to reduce stress in the hands/arms/fingers and gives you the ultimate feeling of stress relief (with or without oils or creams)
SIMPLY HEAD MASSAGE
Let me work on your head/scalp by applying a little pressure and working on the Marma points and brain! Yes, you will leave this one feeling uplifted and ready for the day (with or without oils)
