As part of the Greenwich Google Development Group (GGDG), Ravensbourne Incubation in collaboration with Greenwich Council, Digital Greenwich and Greenwich Google Developers is
organising an event discussing AI and it's implications in our everyday life and in the short-term future.

We're yet to come close to the flexibiity of biological neurons when it comes to the creation of artificial intelligence. Adding dynamic spatial features can allow post training adaptation for more human-like responses, if we want them!

Right now, the hardware to run Artificial Intelligence, having a processor being at the centre of a computers power, is in essence an 'Earth Centred' model of Intelligence, with Data being something that very much is in orbit around it. Processing power and Energy provision together are slower than the rate of growth of Big Data, a bottleneck in extracting meaning from the Big Data, if it isn't already appearing, will emerge, threatening effective capitalisation of the data for commercial, social and governmental utilisation. Can a migration from Processor-centric computing to Data-centric computing prevent bottlenecks?
A panel with the presenters will take questions at the end of the presentations.
