Are there any prizes available for lightning presentations?

Yes! A £100 prize will be awarded for each of the following categories: 1. most engaging presentation, 2. most important improvement in research practice, and 3. the project which shows the most collaboration across organisations. Lightning talks will be judged on the day of the event.

What will I need to prepare if my abstract is accepted?

You will need to prepare a 3-minute lightning talk about your research, as well as a 1-slide poster to support your talk. This will need to be submitted by Friday 3 May.

Can I still submit an abstract to present a lightning talk?

Unfortunately, the deadline for abstract submissions has now passed. However, if you are involved in a project which you would like to share with the research on research community, we warmly welcome you to add your work to our registry at: https://ror-hub.org/join
