What refreshments etc...will there be?

There will be plenty of tea, speciality teas, coffee, hot chocolate, water and likely some soft drinks. There will also be plenty of chocolate, biscuits and sweets to keep you going throughout the day. You are welcome to bring your own refreshments etc...

Will there be food available?

Accepted Answer

We will provide a light lunch and snacks throughout the day. There will be at least 45 mins for lunch (or 1hr depending on how time is going). If you want a hot lunch you're welcome to bring something for the microwave or pop out to somewhere nearby.

Question 3

Do I need to bring anything?

Accepted Answer

A laptop or device that you can work confidently on will be a great benefit to you - we will have some spare but you'll get the best experience if you bring your own. We'll have pens, paper and all that jazz but you might want to bring your favourite notebook!

I really want to go but I can't stay the whole day or I'm going to be late...can I still book?

Yes, you're more than welcome to attend at your convenience. Unfortunately, we cannot offer tiered pricing so if you think you are going to miss parts you may want to consider purchasing some of the additional resources or a 1-2-1.

Do you offer refunds?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately not, because of the limited spaces and the amount of work that goes in to preparing the event the only thing we can do is offer you the ability to transfer your ticket to another date or event.

Will the event be recorded?

Accepted Answer

No, the way in which it will be formatted would not lend itself to recording.

Should I prepare anything in advance?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely, the more information and background about your business, product, service etc...that you have to hand on the day the better outcomes you will have. Don't worry if that's physical marketing materials or just a document you've copied and pasted a ton of stuff into.

Is there parking?

Accepted Answer

There is parking on the Main Street and it is free. There is a disabled parking spot at the front of the centre.

Where do I go when I arrive (how to access the building etc...)

The venue is The Garden Studio which is behind Body And Mind Wellbeing, 81 Main Street Garvagh, BT515AX
Go down the black wrought iron gate to the left of the Turkish Barbers and the studio is straight in front of you . There will be a pavement sign out at the gate

Is the venue accessible?

The studio is fully wheelchair  accessible and has disabled toilet facilities.

What other facilites are available?

Accepted Answer

There is also a private garden area for breaks if required and if anyone requiring an overnight stay we have The Lodges At Garvagh onsite as well.  The forest is walking distance for anyone wanting a walk in nature before or after the event
