This three-part training series is fully funded by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund and available at no cost to socially enterprising third-sector practitioners in Moray. The training, delivered by Tuminds, will help you increase productivity and impact by using artificial intelligence (AI) tools.
By attending the three sessions you will:
• Develop a clear understanding of what AI is, and current AI tools,
• Gain skills and confidence in using AI tools for personal and team productivity,
• Understand how AI can be integrated into your organisation in support of social impact.
Each session builds on the last and it is anticipated that participants will attend all three sessions.

Session One: AI in the World - An introduction to AI in 2025
Friday 29 August, 09:30 – 12:30, Elgin, Inkwell.
By attending this session, you will learn what AI is and explore current AI tools.

• What AI is,
• Myth versus reality of AI,
• Ethical considerations and risks,
• The current AI tool landscape.
Session Two: AI for You - Using AI in your day-to-day work
Friday 26 September, 09:30-12:30, Elgin, Inkwell
By attending this session, you will gain practical skills and confidence in using AI tools for your working life in support of your productivity
Topics covered:
• Demonstration of AI tools available,
• AI literacy and responsible usage,
• Low-code/no-code platforms,
• Applying AI to real organisational tasks.
Session Three: AI for your Organisation - Embedding AI into your enterprise
Friday 31 October, 09:30-12:30, Elgin, Inkwell.
By attending this session, you will understand what is required to integrate AI into your organisation in service of your organisation’s goals.

• Governance, compliance, and data protection,
• Building internal capacity and change management,
• Developing an AI integration plan,
• AI and the environment.
