AI for Productivity: Turning ChatGPT into Business Results

This interactive workshop helps SMEs move beyond AI basics to achieve measurable productivity gains. Following a short introductory overview to set the scene and provide essential context, participants will explore how ChatGPT can streamline operations, improve efficiency, and directly enhance sales and customer processes.

The session will be highly practical, with hands-on exercises focused on real business tasks such as report writing, content creation, and client communication. It will conclude with a 30-, 60-, and 90-day roadmap designed to measure impact, sustain improvements, and turn AI adoption into tangible business results.

All organisations are welcome to attend, but the workshop will be of particular interest to SMEs, as Belfast Met may be able to support follow-up productivity projects through Department for the Economy (DfE) funding initiatives.
