Speakers

Josephine Tyrrell, Director of People and Change Management at WILL+PARTNERS and founder of Mindset Wellbeing, and Beth Starling, Associate Interior Designer and BCO NextGen Chair, advocate for wellness-driven innovation in the built environment. As co-founders of EmpoweringWomenInAI.com, they are passionate about demystifying artificial intelligence by showing how it can empower people at every level, foster inclusive teamwork, and promote well-being alongside business success.

As tireless mentors and innovators, they encourage and support women throughout the construction sector to explore technology step by step, regardless of background. Their unique approach leaves audiences inspired, equipped, and motivated to integrate people-first innovation into their own workplaces.

About Women in Construction Sussex

As part of ECE's dedication to promoting diversity and inclusion, we started Women In Construction Sussex in 2022. The aim of the group is to create a supportive network and empower women early in their careers. Through networking events, panel discussions and workshops, we aim to showcase women’s achievements in construction and architecture, to inspire the next generation to pursue careers in a traditionally male-dominated field.
