About this event

  • Event lasts 2 hours

In today’s digital landscape, artificial intelligence (AI) is no longer a future trend - it is a driving force of digital transformation. In this masterclass, we’ll explore what it really means to lead and innovate in a world where AI is reshaping how we work, do business, and interact as a society. We'll trace AI’s journey from today’s generative tools to the evolving path toward Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) and consider how leaders can stay ahead of the curve as this technology accelerates. By building cultures of curiosity, experimentation, and strategic thinking, the session will examine how “AI-forward” organisations can empower their teams to understand, use, and create new value with AI.

This event is designed for business leaders, senior decision-makers, managers, and anyone tasked with driving innovation and shaping the future direction of their organisation. It is open to people from all backgrounds, industries and sectors. This masterclass draws on key insights from the Leading Digital Transformation and Innovation module, a key module in Ulster University’s Executive MBA programme.
