The outline plan for this first session is:
1. History: how we have got to this CoI and the plans (rules, frequency and CoP)
2. What is AI? (many are still asking for this)
3. Define 'AI Procurement' (buying it, supplying it, using it in the day to day operations) and the personas to date
4. Playback the questions / risks / areas people need more information / guidance / support on
5. CoP: near the end we will ask all non-public sectors to leave and we shall have a discussion about if there is a need for a Community of Practice and what that should look like.
We will collate problems to solve, questions to answer and plan how to tackle.
