Aspects of Integration: Exploring Emerging Theories and Practice

Join the Community at AICTP Conference on Integrative Practice 2018!

There is a meeting point where coaching, counselling, psychotherapy and other approaches meet, complement and enhance one another for solid results and lasting effectiveness. The AICTP (Association for Integrative Coach-Therapist Professionals) exists to provide a home for and support new and established integrative practitioners

Following the success of last year’s inaugural conference on integrative practice, it gives us great pleasure to announce the second annual AICTP conference event.

The day will feature a mix of keynote speakers on the integration of coaching and therapeutic approaches plus parallel workshop presentations featuring case studies and examples from practice, as well as community building activities.

The focus is relevant to practitioners working within a business coaching context who are interested in broadening their offer and increasing therapeutic awareness, and to professionals working in wider fields of behavioural, mental and emotional health. Themes of interest include:

·     What is integration? Methods, models, approaches

·     Innovation in practice – where does integration prosper?

·     Wellbeing and results through integrative practices

·     Supervision for integrative practice

·     The transition from ‘therapy’ to ‘coaching’

There will also be a specific business-focused strand on ‘building your integrative practice’.

Confirmed keynote speakers confirmed so far:

·        Jonathan Passmore is an internationally respected psychologist. He is Professor Catedrático for Leadership and Coaching at the University of Evora, Portugal, and established and ran the UK’s first Coaching Psychology masters programme at the University of East London. He now teaches at Henley Business School.

·        Linda Aspey is a leadership and management coach, OD consultant, facilitator and professional speaker with over 25 years experience of major clients from entrepreneurial start-ups to international blue chips. She works with executives, leadership teams and whole organisations in leading & adapting to change, building relationships and creating environments where people & results flourish, side by side. She is President of the AICTP.

·       Mark Drax is and Addiction Recovery Coach and spends his time coaching private clients and groups on both sides of the Atlantic. He is a trained and accredited coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Further programme details will be provided as the event progresses.
