Siamo molto felici di essere partner di AILoverunning, l' evento sportivo di AIL Firenze – Associazione italiana contro leucemie, linfomi e mieloma.
Per prepararci a questo evento sportivo abbiamo organizzato un workout aperto alla città che si terrà sul rooftop di The Social Hub Belfiore, dalle 18:30 alle 20. In caso di pioggia, ci sposteremo all'interno. Preparatevi a sudare a ritmo di musica con i nostri trainers! Durante questo allenamento sarà anche possibile iscriversi alla maratona.
Ci tengo inoltre ad invitarvi alla AILoverunning, il 2 novembre, dove i trainers di The Social Hub organizzano il riscaldamento e defaticamento dei partecipanti. Si tratta di una passeggiata ludico motoria con due percorsi: uno di circa 5 km e l’altro di circa 10 km che parte dal NIC di Careggi.

We are very happy to be a sponsor of AILoverunning, the sports event organized by AIL Firenze – the Italian Association against Leukemia, Lymphoma, and Myeloma.
To get ready for this event, we’ve organized a workout open to the whole city, which will take place on the rooftop of The Social Hub Belfiore, from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM. In case of rain, we’ll move the workout indoors. Get ready to sweat to the rhythm of music with our trainers! During the workout, you’ll also have the chance to sign up for the marathon.
I’d also like to invite you to join AILoverunning on November 2, where The Social Hub trainers will lead the warm-up and cool-down sessions for participants. It’s a fun, non-competitive walk with two route options: one around 5 km, and another about 10 km, both starting from Careggi’s NIC.
