This day will consider:
• What we know about young people who sexually harm
• Definition of Harmful Sexual Behaviours (HSB)
• Brooks Traffic Light Tool of Sexual Behaviours
• What an AIM3 Assessment is
• AIM3 Assessment Report
• Making referrals for AIM 3
As this is an introductory level course, no prerequisites are required.

• School Nurses
• Youth Engagement Workers
• Counsellors
• Restorative Youth Service Workers
• Family Nurse Partnership Workers
• Social Workers
• Teaching staff
• Educational Psychologist
• Edge of Care
• Family Service
• All staff working with young people
Aims/Objectives:
Learning Outcomes (you will:)
• Have an increased understanding of the continuum of Young People’s Sexual Behaviours
• Be able to define Harmful Sexual Behaviour (HSB)
• Be able to impart information to young people, families and colleagues about the AIM Assessment Process
• Be able to make a referral for an AIM3 assessment to be considered
