Fascinating talk from Dr Bill Teatheredge from Munnings Art Museum, on the impact of the First World War on equestrian artist Sir Alfred Munnings; from his engagement by Lord Beaverbrook and the Canadian War Memorials Fund, documenting the Canadian cavalry, to the powerful Edward Horner memorial commission in St Andrews Church, Mells; one of only two known Munnings sculptures.
