AL FRESCO DINING EXPERIENCE
Let’s Feast! We banquet al fresco Italian style with friends, great wine & unbelievable food straight from the barbeque.
We show you the secrets of Italian Al Fresco dining, from prepping to marinating Italian succulent meat cuts, pesce spiedini, and dressing the perfect summer salads! At the end of the course, we lay the feast before you to enjoy with your fellow cookery school team a glass of ultimate Summer Spritz al fresco weather permitting of course.
Includes feasting lunch, Spritz & Vino
