In this private, one-on-one session, you’ll be gently guided to unlock pathways to healing, authentic expression, and deep renewal. As breath and movement weave together, you’ll attune to the innate wisdom of your body, awakening the currents of transformation that already reside within you.

Held in a space of attentive care and deep receptivity, this session invites you to soften, release, and step into your own unfolding with trust.

📍 Location:  Online, in person, at your home (London only), in a hired healing space or at a woodland location integrated with a walk (message me for more details on this)
