Free parking is within the church ground car park. If that is full, opposite the site (in the residential road) Grays lane will also have free spaces.

Please bring water, something comfortable to lie on, a cushion for your head/knees and a blanket. Your body temperature may fluctuate throughout, this is normal..so a cosy space will create deeper relaxation.

I am trained as Reiki Master, and may offer you some further energetic work during the time we spend together. This is not obligatory, and I will seek consent first if you felt this would be useful for you.

Yes, the sharing time together will ensure you are fully 'back' before leaving to float safely home!
