About this event

  • Event lasts 2 hours

Considering the Rosarium Philosophorum a series woodcuts from 1550s, symbolically and pictorially illustrating The Alchemists’ Quest for the Philosopher’s Stone!

Rosarium Rose Garden the reconciled emblem of authenticity, beauty and truth.

In 1920s Jung became fascinated by the sequences, movements, operations, repetitions and harmonies of Alchemy. He perceived that the Alchemists' Quest illustrated in the Rosarium Philosophorum (images at a time when few people read), mirrored the transformations of the human soul, which he famously called ‘Individuation’. In 1946 Jung published his considerations and life-beliefs. This today presents one pathway to understanding psyche, spirit and soul.

Our exploration in the Meadow gratefully acknowledges earlier interpretations and vitally includes our connection to and with to natural elements.

Complimenting our delight in the Dance of of Sol e Luna with their Courtiers of Elements, we will also consider how this quest empowers our deeper noticing today, enhances profound awareness and personal realisations. All enriching our opennes to flow, creative expressions and daily choices.

Over a series of 4 weeks our online gatherings will discuss the sequence to reveal and enjoy transformative alchemic secrets.

* Best to attend every week to develop understanding of connection and consequence.

* You may join for one, or any session, to listen and absorb – a perfect way to experience the Meadow.

Till then!

Susan
