Beautiful location

Tara is an authentic spiritual school and a registered charity, offering a unique opportunity for personal and spiritual growth through the paths of Yoga and Tantra.

What to bring?

  • Notepad & pen – for taking notes on techniques and feedback.
  • 15–20 ml of sweet almond oil – estimated quantity per head for massage practice.
  • 1 towel – to wrap around the shoulders or cover hair if needed.
  • 1 hand towel – for wiping excess oil from hands or head.
  • Hair tie or headband – to keep long hair out of the way during practice.
  • Comfortable, washable clothing – loose, dark-coloured clothing is best, as some oil transfer is likely.
  • Lunch – bring your own, or enjoy nearby options around Old Street. Tara Yoga has a small kitchenette and seating area downstairs; if you eat there, kindly keep voices low, as other workshops may be in progress.
