WHAT TO EXPECT

This day has been lovingly crafted to restore your nervous system and reawaken your aliveness.

You’ll be guided through a nourishing rhythm of:

  • Somatic movement to awaken your body’s innate intelligence
  • Therapeutic Yoga Nidra for health to access deep, sacred rest
  • Guided breathwork and meditation to soothe the heart and steady the mind
  • Women’s Circle to be seen, heard, and held, without needing to perform or fix
  • Sound healing with Blanca to support emotional and energetic release
  • Sacred rest and stillness to remember who you are beneath the noise

A nourishing vegetarian lunch is included, and we’ll end the day with a ritual of reflection to help you integrate and land gently.

Who is this retreat for?

This retreat is for women of all ages and backgrounds who are longing to slow down, soften, and reconnect with themselves. Whether you’re navigating change, feeling depleted, or simply desiring sacred space to breathe, you are welcome here.

Do I need any experience in yoga, meditation, or circle work?

Not at all. Everything will be gently guided and accessible. You don’t need to have practiced before—just bring an openness to rest, receive, and be.

What should I bring?

Bring comfortable clothes you can move and rest in, a water bottle, a blanket or shawl for warmth, and a journal if you’d like to capture reflections. Yoga mats, props, and lunch will be provided.

Do I need to stay for the whole day?

Yes, we ask that you commit to the full day. The retreat has been lovingly crafted as a journey, and your presence helps hold the container for everyone.

I feel nervous about joining a group of women I don’t know. Will I be okay?

Absolutely. Many women arrive feeling just the same. You’ll be held in a gentle, trauma-aware space where you’ll never be asked to share more than feels comfortable. You are free to move at your own pace and take breaks when needed.

Is lunch provided? What if I have dietary needs?

Yes, a nourishing vegetarian lunch is included. Please let us know of any allergies or specific dietary requirements when booking, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

What should I expect to feel after the retreat?

Every woman’s journey is unique, but many leave feeling more grounded, rested, and connected. You may notice a softening in your body, clarity in your mind, and a deeper sense of presence in your life.

What is your cancellation policy?
